Camp Pricing
We aim to provide an affordable camp experience in order to make camp accessible to all.
If you are unable to afford camp at this time, we encourage you to apply for assistance through local support programs such as PRO Kids.
If this is your situation, please make us aware so that we can work with you and reserve a place for your child.
Pricing
Each standard week-long day camp is offered at the price of $269.99+tax. Additional costs for Outdoor Skills & Survival II and Adventure Camps due to additional experiences. If you are booking multiple children from the same immediate family OR multiple weeks for a child, use the discount code SUMMER22 for a 10% discount. Only applicable for camp sessions in the same purchase. If the discount code is used without multiple camps purchased, the additional amount will be required prior to camp attendance.
Add on our Meal Program for only $55+tax. This includes a daily healthy snack and lunch each day. PLEASE NOTE: The meal program requires a minimum of 20 campers to run each week. If this is not met, you will be refunded this amount.
Add on the Early Drop-off option for $50+tax. Early Drop-off allows you to drop off your child as soon as 7:30AM each day for the entire week. Early Drop-off Activities will be less structured than the rest of the days programming, and include activities like colouring, reading, and self-guided craft kits.
Add on the Late Pick-up option for $50+tax. Late Pick-up allows you to pick up your child after the scheduled end-time of their camp, as late as 5:30PM for the entire week. Late Pick-Up Activities will be less structured than the rest of the days programming, and include activities like colouring, reading, and self-guided craft kits. PLEASE NOTE: An additional fee of $5/15 minutes will be charged per child if a parent/legal guardian is not present at the scheduled pick-up time.
Various camp-themed products (t-shirts, stickers, etc.) will be available for purchase at the end of each camp day.
Refund Policy
Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we will provide a FULL REFUND if a camp is unable to run due to local/provincial regulations. If other weeks are able to run, you will be contacted with the option to reschedule prior to the refund being processed.
Mount Baldy Ski Area reserves the right to cancel bookings if there is insufficient registration. A FULL REFUND will be provided if this occurs.
If you decide to cancel less than two weeks before the start date of the camp, NO refund will be offered.
If any days of camp are missed, NO portion of the camp costs will be refunded, as we will be unable to offer this spot to another camper.
If you cancel your booking more than two weeks in advance of the camp, you will receive the full refund amount, LESS a $30+tax administration fee.
You have the option to alter your booking (week/theme) up until the Monday the week before your booking. After that date, a $20+tax fee will apply. We will do our best to accommodate alterations based upon availability.
Any cancellations with extenuating circumstances (i.e. injury, illness, emergency, etc.) will be assessed by management on a case-by-case basis. Proof, such as a medical note, may be required.
If your child is asked to leave the camp for behavioural reasons (i.e. posing a safety risk to staff or other campers) NO refund will be offered.
